We developed the Cancer Genetics StoryBank website in response to patient feedback. Previous patients told us they would like more information about cancer and genetics, as well as hearing from others who have been through similar experiences. The Cancer Genetics StoryBank can be used by current and future patients and their families, and also by anyone interested in finding out more about cancer and genetics.

We designed this survey so that you can give us your feedback. We value your comments. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
